ServiceMaster Names Interim CEO
January 21, 2020ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc., parent company of ServiceMaster Clean, has appointed Naren Gursahaney interim CEO.
Gursahaney has served on ServiceMaster’s board of directors since he joined the company from the ADT Corp. in 2017. He was appointed non-executive chairman in 2019. Gursahaney succeeds Nik Varty, who has stepped down as CEO and board member to pursue other opportunities. Varty will continue to assist ServiceMaster’s leadership team to ensure a smooth transition.
