Servicon Names Aguilar Head of ESG Initiative

Servicon has appointed Maritza Aguilar head of the company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiative.

Aguilar has been with Servicon for more than 18 years, serving as the company’s chief financial officer (CFO). In her new position, she will be tasked with developing a strong and diverse ESG program for Servicon while strengthening the company’s commitment to its employees and clients.

“I am honored and excited to lead Servicon’s ESG efforts to broaden and formalize our commitments to continue positively impacting our environment, our communities, our employees, and the people we serve,” said Aguilar. “I am eager to find new ways to elevate the industry and deliver on our vision to create healthy environments for a better working future in a responsible and ethical manner. In a related move, Servicon has tapped Eugene Moorcroft to succeed Aguilar as CFO.  Moorcroft has more than 20 years of strategic and financial planning and analysis, controllership, compliance, and accounting experience in the entertainment and facility maintenance industries.
