Six ISSA Members Included in 2022 Gender-Equality Index

Six ISSA-member companies have been named to Bloomberg’s 2022 Gender-Equality Index (GEI).

Bloomberg’s annual list recognizes the financial performance of public companies committed to supporting gender equality through policy development, representation, and transparency. The GEI measures gender equality across five pillars: female leadership and talent pipeline, equal pay and gender pay parity, inclusive culture, sexual harassment policies, and pro-women brand. This year’s GEI included 418 companies across 45 countries, drawn from a pool of more than 6,000 companies.

The ISSA members included in the 2022 GEI include:

• Colgate-Palmolive Co.
• Dow Chemical Co.
• Ecolab Inc.
• Proctor & Gamble (P&G), parent company of Proctor & Gamble Professional(P&G PRO)
• Unilever PLC.
