Sodexo Among Montreal’s Top Employers

Sodexo has been named one of Montreal’s 2023 Top Employers by the Montreal Gazette.
The publications’ annual list ranks Montreal-area employers based on their hiring and worker retention initiatives. Sodexo was recognized for its employee business resource groups (EBRGs), which help the company in developing a culture of diversity. Sodexo’s Montreal office was also designed with a focus on ergonomics, emphasizing the comfort and health of its occupants. This marks the second consecutive year Sodexo has been recognized by the Montreal Gazette.
“Our focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) means we develop programs and benefits that attract people at all levels of their career. For younger workers, we create succession and mentoring plans to map out career pathways. For those in their middle to more senior years we focus on continuing education and retirement planning,” said Johanne Bélanger, Sodexo Canada CEO.
