Three Office Products Buying Groups to Merge
January 14, 2019Representatives from three office product buying groups have signed a letter of intent to merge into one entity.
A steering committee made up of representatives from TriMega Purchasing Association, Pinnacle Affiliates, and Independent Suppliers Group has announced plans to consolidate the organizations into one currently unnamed firm. The new purchasing group will consist of approximately 1,000 independent dealers located throughout the United States. The merger is anticipated to be finalized by early in the second quarter of 2019, OPI reports.
