US Pumice Divests Pumie Line
September 11, 2023United States Pumice Co. recently sold its Pumie® line of abrasive cleaning products to Summit Brands for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition, which finalized late last month, strengthens Summit Brands’ market position and adds to the company’s portfolio of environmentally friendly abrasive cleaning solutions. Summit Brands has stated its commitment to a seamless transition for its customers and suppliers.
