Dow General Counsel Announces Retirement

Charles J. Kalil, general counsel and executive vice president for Dow Chemical Co., has announced his intention to retire from the company later this year.

Kalil has been with Dow for more than 38 years and has served as the company’s general counsel since 2004. Amy Wilson, current corporate secretary and associate general counsel of Dow, has been named general counsel-elect and will succeed Kalil upon his retirement.
