ISSA Adds International Education Certification Director

ISSA has appointed Manuela D’Agata international director of education and certification.
D’Agata has more than a decade of experience developing and managing successful educational programs, most recently for the European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles. In her new role, D’Agata will be responsible for growing and developing ISSA’s Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) certification program in the association’s Europe, Middle East, Africa, Oceania, and Asia-Pacific regions. A native of Italy, D’Agata will be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
“I’m looking forward to enhancing and promoting professionalism, industry standards, and best practices across the industry through CIMS accreditation, training courses, and blended educational initiatives,” D’Agata said. “We also want to provide forums—offline and online—for members and industry peers to come together and to learn in either formal or informal environments.”
