Johnson Controls Completes $2 Billion Sale of Safety Business
October 5, 20173M has finalized its acquisition of Johnson Controls, Inc.’s Scott Safety division.
The US$2 billion transaction, which was announced earlier this year, expands 3M’s offerings of personal safety products, including self-contained breathing apparatus systems and gas and flame detection instruments.
