KBS Completes Purchase of Empire Services
January 3, 2018Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has completed its purchase of Empire Services.
The purchase of the Metairie, LA-based janitorial services firm expands KBS’s client portfolio and geographical footprint in Louisiana. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
