Sodexo Acquires British Catering Firm

Sodexo has purchased the Alliance in Partnership (AiP) group of companies.
AiP includes The Contract Dining Co. and Class Catering Services, catering firms which service more than 400 educational facilities throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. Sodexo will continue to operate AiP as an independent business headquartered in Birmingham, England. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
