BSCAI Seeks Submissions for Spartan Scholarship

Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) is now accepting applications for the 2021 BSCAI Stephen H. Swigart Scholarship for Higher Education.
The annual scholarship program, established by Spartan Chemical Co., recognizes one student each year who meets or exceeds standards set by the BSCAI committee. The scholarship is valued at a maximum of US$3,000 and is named after Stephen H. Swigart, Spartan CEO and chairman of the board since 2000.
