Vertiv Purchases AmeriPac

Veritiv Corp. has acquired substantially all the assets of AmeriPac LLC and AmeriPac Pennsylvania LLC.

Established in 1989, AmeriPac provides turnkey contract packaging and fulfillment services in a variety of high-growth segments, including the personal care and cosmetics markets. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
