OCS Acquires Profile Security Services

OCS Group Ltd. has purchased United Kingdom-based security services provider Profile Security Services for an undisclosed sum.

According to Facilities Management Journal, the acquisition expands OCS’ existing security services offerings to the public sector in the United Kingdom and adds expertise and strength in new markets including ports, utilities, and manufacturing. This purchase marks OCS’ second investment in the region since it merged with Atalian Servest’s United Kingdom, Ireland, and Asia operations earlier this year. The company acquired facility management services provider Accuro Group Ltd. in October.
