4M Expands Executive Team

4M Building Solutions recently expanded the company’s executive team with the additions of Steve Mastin, chief financial officer (CFO), and Andrew Rust, head of corporate development and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Mastin has more than two decades of senior financial leadership roles. He joins 4M from Team Services Group, where he served as vice president of finance. Judy Botz will continue in her role as CFO of 4M Building Solutions, while Mastin will oversee financial operations for the broader 4M platform, which also includes LCS Facilities Group and Horizon Services Corp.

Rust, whose appointment was originally announced earlier this year, comes to 4M with more than a decade of experience leading mergers and acquisitions. He most recently served as CFO and head of M&A for Granite Comfort, a New York-based consolidator of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors.
